How to Hug a Cat

Hugging a cat can be tricky. Sometimes they get mad easily and run away or scratch you. If you want to hug a cat, follow these 4 steps:

 #1. Find the cat you want to hug. At my house, we only have 1 cat so my options are pretty limited.

 #2. Sit down next to the cat and pretend you are doing something else (playing with the remote is a good one!).

 #3. Then very nicely put your hand on the cat.........

#4: Then POUNCE on her! And HUG her! Ahhhh kitty. (doesn't she look surprised? Or maybe she's playing dead. I don't know.) Mission Accomplished!!

Thanksgiving

 

 We had Thanksgiving at our house this year. Grandma Becky, Grandpa Mike, Uncle Chris, Aunt Jen, Cousin Adam, Uncle Max, Mommy and Daddy were all there.

MY 1ST BIRTHDAY!!!!

I celebrated my 1st Birthday party on October 27th, 2012 at the Cañada Vista Club House. My Mommy and Daddy gave me a "Baseball" theme Birthday party. Mommy hung up pictures from every month in my first year of life! And Daddy made lots of yummy food. My Uncle Rod made me a Baseball Bat cake and Baseball cupcakes.

My friends Owen and Zoey came to my party! We loved playing in the ball pit!

Patsy made me a beautiful blanket! I love it!

Pumpkin Patch

 I went to a Pumpkin Patch in Half Moon Bay with my Mom, Dad and Auntie Tammy.

 I had a lot of fun running around in the pumpkins!

 I even tried to eat a few!

Baseball Photo Shoot

 Mommy took some pictures of me in the front yard for my first Birthday invitation. I had fun!

Fun with Kitchen Utensils

The most simple things sometimes make me happy - today it was a spatula, a big black spoon and a 1/4 measuring cup.

 Soooo much fun!

 (Okay, I have crazy eyes in this one) I just love this spoon so much!!

At the Beach

 I went to the beach in Half Moon Bay with Mommy, Grandpa Ken and Grandma Eleanor. I loved the beach almost as much as I loved eating sand!

wouldn't let me put that in my mouth though - so annoying!)

My 2nd Camping Trip

 I went camping with Mommy, Daddy, Tammy, Grandma Linda and Grandpa Bill. We went to Collin's Lake again. Here we are swimming. I'm the one in the front with my Grandma.
